Purpose of Role:

We are seeking to hire a Marketing Manager for the firm’s Roseland, NJ office. As the Marketing Manager of one the leading law firms in New Jersey, you will develop, implement, and monitor the entire branding and marketing efforts of the firm (both digitally and traditionally). This position will work directly with the Marketing Director and our existing marketing team members to manage the firm’s marketing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute seminar/event/webinar activities, including logistics, registration, and on-site event support when live events resume
  • Coordinate speaking and sponsorship opportunities with professional and trade organizations
  • Write, edit, design, and produce marketing collateral, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, presentations, pitch materials, and other client communications
  • Coordinating video production
  • Work with other members of the marketing team regarding maintenance of attorney biographies, practice area descriptions, attorney photographs and client mailing lists
  • Maintain inventory of firm branded items, work with vendors and ensure promotional materials and giveaways are packed for events
  • Support practice group development and communications through regular meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or other relevant major
  • Minimum of 5+ years of digital Marketing experience
  • Familiarity with a law firm environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media platforms and analytics
  • Excellent verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills in various situations (small/large group, one-on-one)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-motivator with high energy level and enthusiasm towards activities and goals
  • Ability to work well with others and develop professional relationships with department members, attorneys, and vendors to inspire their trust and confidence
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Essential characteristics: Analytics, Strategy, Creative
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Working Conditions:

  • This position works in a professional office environment and is required to sit for prolonged periods of time using a computer and telephone.
