For over 25 years Dan has represented investors, financial services and corporate clients in complex corporate, financing and creditors’ rights matters. He recently joined the firm after serving as a partner, and having spent his entire career, at Lowenstein Sandler.
Dan helps business clients find creative, practical approaches to business opportunities and challenges. He is a “hard listener” who focuses intently on his client’s business, needs and goals. He represents companies and their financiers in all stages of the business lifecycle including startup, seed capital, series “A” and “B” financings and beyond, as well as mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and sale of the business.
Dan has documented a wide variety of financings - both unsecured and those secured by a variety of asset classes, including receivables, inventory, equipment, agricultural assets, chattel paper, mortgage and other debt portfolios and structured settlements. These range from syndicated, unitranche and single lender loans to structured financings, factoring, and acquisition and debtor in possession financings.
