Commercial and Corporate Litigation
Our Commercial and Corporate Litigation Practice Group represents a wide array of businesses and individuals in state and federal courts, principally in the greater New York City metropolitan area and nationwide.
We have extensive experience in complex and substantial matters involving money damages and equitable relief. We litigate disputes at the trial and appellate levels that literally encompass every area of the law. We also frequently practice before regulatory bodies and administrative agencies.
We have earned a reputation for representing our clients’ interests aggressively, successfully and in a cost-effective manner. We take pride in staffing each litigation appropriately and reasonably with a sensitivity to the cost involved in litigation.
We understand and embrace the necessity at times of aggressively litigating a matter in court. However, we also understand that providing sound pre-litigation, negotiation, counseling and settlement strategies are of equal importance to what ultimately occurs in a court room. Our attorneys excel in mediating and arbitrating disputes., Our focus always remains on the specific needs and goals of the particular client. These goals can be achieved through problem solving and creative resolution. When disputes cannot be resolved, our attorneys are well prepared to aggressively protect our client’s interests and to reach a successful conclusion to the litigation. Our litigation team includes seasoned trial and appellate attorneys, as well as numerous former prosecutors and retired judges.
Let Mandelbaum Barrett represent you in the most practical and efficient manner, for all your litigation needs.
