John is an Associate in Mandelbaum Barrett’s Corporate Practice Group, where his legal practice focuses on a wide and sophisticated array of transactional matters in the banking, healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospitality and cannabis industries. John supports clients with a variety of legal needs including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, regulatory compliance, licensing, real estate financing, and general contracting needs. John’s clients range from small businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups to large national and international companies, including banks, trucking and logistics companies, medical practices, pharmaceutical companies and more. In addition, John frequently advises doctors, dentists and veterinarians seeking to buy and sell their professional practices.
John received a Concentration in Health Law from Seton Hall University School of Law, which allows him to provide a unique perspective in advising clients on regulatory compliance in the areas of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices, as well as licensed healthcare professionals. As John began his career in Mandelbaum Barrett’s litigation department handling a wide range of matters from municipal court violations to white collar crime and complex commercial litigation, his overall knowledge of the practice of law serves his clients well.
John earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Delaware, and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He has been chosen to participate in externships with multiple global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. While in law school, John served as an associate editor on the Seton Hall Law Review, as well as President of the Peter W. Rodino Society, an Italian-American philanthropic organization created to honor the legacy of Congressman Peter W. Rodino, Jr.
