Real Estate attorney Michael J. Lipari secured preliminary and final site plan approval with several bulk variances and design waivers from the Newark Central Planning Board for a commercial project located in the East Ward and within Newark’s Heavy Industrial Zone.  The application had several obstacles to overcome as it was formerly a contaminated site subject to NJDEP remediation and has limited vehicular access.
