Amrill Salcedo-Alonzo is Counsel in Mandelbaum Barrett PC’s Corporate Law Practice Group. Holding an LL.M. in Health Law & Policy, Amrill provides legal guidance to healthcare clients on regulations and matters of public policy.

Specializing in Business Transactions and Facility Licensing, Amrill’s work encompasses a wide range of services tailored to meet the needs of her clients. In Business Transactions, she advises both commercial and non-profit entities on corporate governance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial closings, employment relations, and regulatory compliance at both the state and federal levels. Regarding, Facility Licensing, Amrill offers comprehensive counsel to healthcare facilities on matters such as licensure, contracting, and accreditation, with a particular focus on behavioral health facilities.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Amrill is committed to serving her community. She has served as President of the Professional Advisory Board for Sister2Sister, a non-profit cancer-survivor organization, where she provided counsel on corporate governance, compliance, clinical trial participation, leadership succession, and personnel diversification. Her dedication was recognized in 2019 when she was honored with the prestigious Pearl Grace Award by the organization. Additionally, Amrill Chairs the International Facet of the Central NJ Links, Inc., leading missions to promote literacy for children in various countries. She also volunteers as a life skills coach for under-represented women at Urban Revival, Inc. in New Brunswick, NJ.
