A versatile litigator with a proven track record in resolving complex disputes, Mandelbaum Barrett PC Counsel Andrew Ullrich, represents clients in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters for individual and corporate clients. He has extensive trial experience in both State and Federal Courts, as well as in arbitrating matters. He has litigated and advised clients in landlord-tenant disputes across the state. In the real estate space, he drafts and negotiates contracts as well as works on leasing, financing, and brokerage agreements.
