His practice has often been concentrated on matters arising from the purchase, financing, sale, and management of commercial and residential real estate. He has extensive trial experience in both State and Federal Courts, as well as in arbitrating matters. He has litigated and advised clients in landlord-tenant disputes across the state. He also represents real estate brokers, general contractors, suppliers, design professionals, and business owners on a wide range of projects and disputes. In the real estate space, he drafts and negotiates contracts as well as works on leasing, financing, and brokerage agreements.
