Robert Migliorelli is a partner in the Real Estate practice group. His practice is concentrated in the area of commercial financing, representing several commercial lending institutions in the financing of real estate-based construction, acquisition and refinance loans in New Jersey and New York. Robert also has experience in real estate law, representing buyers, sellers, owners and developers, negotiating and closing the purchase and sale of both developed and undeveloped property. In connection with these projects, he assists clients with financing needs, developer assignments, and other expert contracts.
