Ryan Buehler is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Over the course of his career Ryan has represented clients before the New Jersey Superior Court, New Jersey Superior Court – Appellate Division, Federal Court for the District of New Jersey, and municipal boards. Ryan has represented commercial clients in matters involving among other issues: lease disputes, contract disputes, partnership disputes, construction lien claims, tax liens, employment disputes, land use disputes, property rights, torts and environmental law. Ryan has also represented various clients in connection with mediations and arbitration proceedings.

While in law school at The American University – Washington College of Law, Ryan served on the Administrative Law Review as a Note & Comment Board Editor and received the Thomas O. Sargentich Outstanding Junior Staff Award.
