Vito has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since his graduation from Seton Hall University School of Law school. After completion of his clerkship, Vito practiced family law at a boutique firm in Summit, New Jersey where he represented clients in high-profile divorces, including financial executives, business owners, attorneys, and other professionals, as well as the spouses of these individuals.
As an experienced attorney, Vito serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Essex and Union counties where he volunteers his time to assist in resolving pending matrimonial matters in the Court system. Vito’s approach to the practice of law is to advise all his clients the same way he would if they were his family. His representation of a client differs from case to case, consistent with what he believes are the best interests of the client in that particular case. He does not believe that one approach fits every case and prides himself on taking the time to truly get to know his clients and assess what works for their circumstance and goals.
