In August, Barry R. Mandelbaum represented the Owner, Warren Village and Atlantic Health Systems on a Land Use Application and secured a Use Variance and Site Plan Approval to permit Atlantic Health System to operate a full-service health care facility in a former Kings Grocery Store. The required parking variance and the use variance permitting an adaptive reuse of the former grocery store of 25,000 square feet was controversial, but the relief sought was granted by a 6-2 margin.
