The Purchase Price was $13,250,000.00; with acquisition financing, an amount of $9,937,500.00 (together with a line of credit loan in an amount up to $3,000,000.00 for improvements). Additionally, Owen assisted the client in structuring the organization of the purchasing entity including preparation of the operating agreements for the Sponsor entity and participating investors.
