Michael J. Lipari secured preliminary and final major subdivision approval with several bulk variances and design waivers from the Mendham Township Planning Board for a high-end single family residential development project. The application was complicated due to the presence of steep slopes and site access constraints. However, the team was able to demonstrate that granting the variances was a better planning alternative and would be best for the Township.
