Employment Horizons was founded in Morristown in 1957 by a group of forward-thinking parents who wanted to expand work and personal growth opportunities for their children with disabilities. Over the years, Employment Horizons has implemented innovative programs to meet the needs and choices of those they serve, both on-site as well as in the community. They provide job training and placement services to people with disabilities and other barriers to employment in the greater Morris County, NJ area. Arla has been active in the organization for a number of years and we know she will continue to do great things.

In honor of Military Appreciation month the attorneys and staff of Mandelbaum Barrett PC participated in the #SayThankYouSelfie Challenge through #OperationGratitude! We challenge all of our clients, friends and families to join us in showing #gratitude to the service men and women both home and abroad with this fun and unique campaign.
To take part in this Operation Gratitude event, all you need to do is:
1. Take a picture or video of yourself saying "Thank You" or holding up a handwritten sign. Have your loved ones, children, friends or pets join you, and make it a family affair! You can even personalize your message for someone you know who is currently serving in the Military.
2. Upload your selfie to any social media platform and add the hashtags #SayThankYouSelfie and #OperationGratitude. Tag your friends and co-workers as well, and challenge them to participate!
Pictures with the hashtags will be included in a special edition of the Operation Gratitude magazine, which will be placed in every single one of the 500,000+ Care Packages they'll send over the next year.
